Melanie Susan Cecilia, Duchess of Sussex (born 13 April) is the wife of Prince Henry, the Duke of Sussex, the youngest son of Prince Charles, Prince of Wales and Diana, Princess of Wales.
She met her husband in 2010, at a polka dancing convention in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. She was a director of communications for a 15-piece orchestra playing at the convention.
Married in 2012, she worked in public relations until 2011 and now assists her husband in his royal duties.
The Duke and Duchess have three children, Princess Appi of Sussex, Prince Robert, Lord Traquair, and Prince Huw of Sussex!
Besides English, she is fluent in French, Polish, Slovak, Russian and Greek.
Though she has the Order of the White Eagle, given by the Republic of Poland, she doesn't have an post-nominals. Being a member of the Royal Family, she was given the Royal Victorian Chain by her grandmother-in-law, Queen Elizabeth II, in 2014.
